Reception Only

$125 per hour

Willow Creek Mansion requires a six (6) hour minimum for all wedding receptions with the option to purchase additional hours by the hour, time permitting. This time should include any additional setup/decorating you would like done to the space as well as teardown/cleanup of your personal items.  

When booking a Reception only, this service can only be booked 3 months from the event date. 

 

Note:

An additional cleaning fee will be applied and can depend on the amount of guests. 

 

 If you plan on serving any type of alcohol, you must use Platinum Event Services.

  • Included with all events:

  • 10 - 60" Round Tables (seats 8-10 guests)

  • 12 - 6 ft. Rectangular Tables (seats 8-10 guests) and is great for food, dessert, drinks, gifts etc.

  • 125 - Fruitwood Chiavari Chairs (indoor use only)

  • Set-up and breakdown

  • Catering kitchen with prep area, refrigerator, extra freezer, sink, and separate entrance

  • Multi-use Restrooms for vendors and guests

  • Outdoor grounds
